I am very sorry, this pull request was created kind of accidental. It was meant for our fork of the FCM plugin (which is great, thanks BTW). It might also be of interest to you because it adresses the way registrations are handled in the Firebase HTTP v1 API, using FirebaseMessaging instead of FirebaseInstallations. But we can suggest that again in a proper PR.
