Minor API Change #150

Minor API change so the map creation be more simple. Also this can be improve by moving the map id setter for the touch delegation, to make sure that will be working correctly.

Awesome. Thanks for the PR. Was looking for a similar solution as well. So this is very welcome. Will check this out soon :)
