Add Stripe Identity

I've added Stripe Identity functionality to the plugin for both Android & iOS. Web is not supported.

• Adds createIdentityVerificationSheet and presentIdentityVerificationSheet
• A 32x32 icon is required by Stripe Identity - this implementation passes through the Android or iOS app icon

• Per integration documentation a VerificationSession and an EphemeralKey needs to be created server-side before calling createIdentityVerificationSheet which takes those values as parameters:

• Note that Stripe Identity is currently available only to USA/UK Stripe accounts.

• The minSdkVersion is 22 at this time, so I am forgoing using the latest version of the library.

• Since it is not necessary for all users to do the initial processing, we have made it available only to those who need it.
