kafe, hereford, kanal and clubhouse reworks are missing

If you look through the issues or PRs in the repo, you'll see that the owner of the repo has been MIA for 2 years now. In the mean time, I have updated everything up through new kafe on my fork. The only exception is clubhouse, since we depend on Ubi to release the maps, and new club still hasn't been released. If you want to use the current updated version of r6maps, check out my gh pages or the releases
