only works with Russians phone numbers ! #4

PhoneHelper will return null if the number is not Russian

Thanks for your report. I'll fix it in a few days. The local server fix is now available at https://github.com/capcom6/android-sms-gateway/tree/bugfix/4-only-works-with-russians-phone-numbers. Please test if you can.
