Review feat designs:

• Toughness: base Toughness: +5/15/30HP
• Surging Toughness: H: +5/15/30 Surge Value
• Die Hard: +3/9/18 HP, +4 to Death Saves
• Toughness in Numbers: +3 Surge, +6 HP to Animal Companions, Familiars, Summoned creatures.

Replace bonuses to skills with:

• The first time you fail a X skill check in an encounter, you may roll a save to avoid losing Morale.
• courtier's Outfit: Bonus to Trickery, Diplomacy, Authority
• Catsuit Leather: Bonus to Stealth, Finesse, Trickery
• New item: Robes of the Scholar: bonus to Concentration, Lore, Arcana
• New item: Survivalist's Hide: bonus to Endurance, Nature, Perception
• New item: Soldier's Chain: bonus to Athletics, Endurance, Authority

Defense Focus feats

• Hiking Hide: Downgrade difficult terrain instead.
• Caster's Hide: New effect: Do not become Hindered from Point Blank Shot maneuver
• All heavy armor feats: update reqs to "Training with Hide, Chain, Scale, Plate or Shield".
• Nimble Armor: adjust armor penalty reduction to (max armor penalty)
• Blast Shield: change to Close and Area attacks.
• Ambush Armor: Check if Penalty to Initiative is still in. -> Remove

Offense Focus - weapon

• Scaling: Base scaling is L1:+1 damage/w; L11+: +2 damage/w. No extra scaling at epic.
• Critical Axe: +3 damage/w on Crit.
• Piercing Axe: Do not become Hindered when using the Pierce maneuver. +1 damage per W.
• Reaching Spear: Javelins gain +2 Range, Halfspears and Longspears gain +1 Reach.
• Opportunist Spear: On OA, +4 damage/W.
• Close Bow: Do not become Hindered from Point Blank Shot maneuver.
• Far Bow: +2 Range.
• Precision Crossbow: +1 Hit on attacks suffering any penalty from Cover or Concealment.
• Mobile Crossbow: While wielding a Crossbow, do not become Hindering from using the Shift maneuver.
• Critical Sling: +1 Crit Range, +1 Miss damage per W.
• Weaponmaster: do not become Hindered from using the Quick Draw maneuver.

Offense Focus - Implement

• Far Wand: +2 Range
• Piercing Wand: Do not become Hindered when using the Pierce maneuver.
• Perceptive Orb: Renamed to Orb of Insight. When making an implement attack with an Orb, downgrade Concealment and Total Concealment. +1 to Perception Skill.
• Sage's Tome: Become Conjurer's Tome, lose skill bonuses. Summon HP bonus becomes +3/+9/+18.
• Reliable Tome: Reword.
• Critical Rod: +3 Damage per die on crit.
• Healing symbol: bonus to Surge: +3/+9/+18.
• Shielding symbol: +2/+6/+12 SP.
• Surging Ki: +3/+9/+18 Surge Value.

Offense Focus - Flexible

• Caster's Weapon: Do not become Hindered when using the Point Blank Shot maneuver
• Unerring Staff: Remove
• Dual Focus: Change trigger to 'When you miss ... against that enemy'.
• Energy focus: Do not become Hindered when using the Pierce maneuver.

Defender Grit

• Pain Insensitivity. +2/6/12 SP. Remove Surge Value bonus.
• constant Vigilance: Change reference to Marked -> Taunted.
• Unstoppable Defender: change Spontaneous Reaction to whatever.

Defender Position:

• Imposing Presence: Reword as Aura 1.

Defender Position:

• Mighty Blow: Against damage caused by your Forced Movement, enemies gain Vulnerable, and your allies gain Resist.

Explosive Control

• Indirect Fire: Remove feat - not that interesting, redundant with Hole in the Fire.
• Rend Foe: Damage: 3/6/12.

Ground Control:

• Sustained Assault: HP bonus: 5/15/30. Gain +1 Arm while having an active Summon, Conjuration o Sustain power.

Leader Heal:

• Surge Bonus: +5/+15/+30.

Striker Agility:

• Mention Hindered on Shift Maneuver.
• Escape Artist: Save to downgrade conditions.

Striker Deadliness -> Striker Lethality

• Lethal Weapon: +1/+2 dmg per die, +1 Hit and +1 Crit Range with Daily attacks.

Paragon Ability: Remove category. Not very interesting

Power Source: Split into two categories: Paragon Defense, Paragon Resource

• New feat: Universal Defense: +1 Fortitude, Reflex, Will.
• New Feat: Universal Resource: +2 Surges.
• Arcane Abjuration: +2 saves
• Primal Regeneration: Rename to Primal Grit: +2 Fortitude, +9/+18 HP.
• Divine Resolve: Surge Bonus: +9/+18
• Martial Grit: Look at Human Origin power for template on surge recovery.
• Divine Hope: On Second Wind, gain SP equal to half your Surge Value, +2 to defenses until end of next turn, and may roll a save.
• Primal Ferocity: Rework. Gain 1 additional Daily Attack power slot, of the lowest level you have.
• Shadow Hunger: Rework

Multiclassing - new feat group: Class Focus. 2 Feats: Multiclass, Class Specialization

Multiclass:

• When you pick this feat, choose a class build other than your own. You must have a bonus of 1 or higher in that clas build's primary ability.
• You count as having that class, as well as its power source and role, in addition to those of your main class.
• Gain all Implement Training from the chosen class, and all Weapon Training in basic weapons (but not martial weapons) from that class.
• When choosing powers, you can replace up to 1 Encounter Power, 1 Daily Power and 1 Utility Power from your main class with powers from the chosen class. For any given type of power, you cannot have more powers from the chosen class than from your main class this way.
• You gain one Multiclass Option (see below). Class Specialization:
• You gain two Class Specialization Options (see below).

Multiclass Options:

• Armor Training. You gain one Armor Training feat, for a type of Armor or Shield that your chosen class is Trained on. You must meet the requirements for that feat.
• Weapon Training. This option is only available if the chosen class has training in one or more martial weapons that your main class lacks. You gain all Weapon Training from your chosen class.
• At-Will. 1/enc
• Taunt (see previous mclass feat)
• Heal (see previous mclass feat)
• Striker damage (see previous mclass feat)
• Treat one ability as +3

Class Specialization Options:

• Extra At-Will
• Extra Encounter attack - Level equal to your lowest encounter level.
• Pick 2 encounter/daily attacks. The first time you use them in an encounter, they gain Reliable.
• Pick 2 at-will/encounter attacks. The first time you use them in an encounter, gain +1 Hit.

More Epic feats:

• Epic Explosion: Enlarge spell, 1/enc
• Epic Cleave: During your turn, your melee and ranged attacks can target 1 additional enemy if they target a minion. Something something ignore Swarm resistances.
• Epic Chase: While Charging, until end of turn you gain Fly Speed equal to your Speed +4, are immune to fall damage, and downgrade Slowed and Immobilised.
