Should include designer commentary:

• PC HP/damage double every 10 levels
• Monster HP/damage double every 10 levels. However, there is a slight increase in damage on top of this (~10%), to compensate for increased PC power.

Also, in table 2.4.2 Level Bonuses to Hit and Defenses - for monster bonus to hit, need to add +4 to the hit bonus (PCs get to add their primary ability)
