MP4 files hinting #62

Xuggler should consider adding MP4 files hinting. Doing so would allow
making the MP4 files stream-able via the RTSP streaming servers, to all
RTSP compatible devices as mobile phones and similar.

There are several open source libraries that can do it:
http://gpac.sourceforge.net/
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mpeg4ip/ (deprecated but hinting code can
still be used)

Perhaps the functionality could be copied into FFMPEG code base, or
alternatively, added to Xuggler as additional library.
