Faster and quieter diffs:

Uses binary diffs instead of ASCII diffs for faster and more reliable comparisons
Will only check if files differ or not, thus it can stop at the first mismatch, and doesn't have to calculate the delta
Doesn't output the delta, which can be very noisy especially with binary files treated as ASCII

Thanks for your pull request. Could you help me out a little and copy/paste the relevant portions of the diff man page that explain the options you use?

New options: -N, --new-file treat absent files as empty -q, --brief report only when files differ -r, --recursive recursively compare any subdirectories found

Removed options: -a, --text treat all files as text -u, -U NUM, --unified[=NUM] output NUM (default 3) lines of unified context
