Encourage people to upgrade to 1.2.0 by clarifying that there are no breaking changes.

A version number change from 1.1.x to 1.2.x implies new features but no breaking changes. But I realize not many Capistrano projects (this one included) strictly honor semver, so this clarification is a useful one. Thanks!
