We’ll need to discuss this more in person, but our initial thoughts are to trim down what shows up on the homepage, so that the audience can focus more on clicking on the main nav links. Visually, there’s a lot going on from top to bottom and no clear path for the audience to follow. Some of our suggestions are:

• Revise the header.
  • [x] Remove the white bar across the top, since it is pushing the rest of the content down.
  • [ ] Move facebook | twitter | contact us out of top right in the blue bar. Could even remove the blue line altogether.
  • [ ] We can add social icons near the free e-book box (see traciefountain.com or michaelhyatt.com).
  • [ ] The company name is fine, but the tagline overlaying the painting image reads as though it’s two separate lines of thought. If the white and blue horizontal bars are removed, we could play more with a full-width header that is taller and incorporates the name and tagline better.
• [x] Remove the 4 videos section from the top, since they will be used elsewhere on the site.
• [x] Remove the Endorsements bar at the bottom of the homepage because it will become its own main page called Testimonials (see description below) in the main nav.
• [ ] Restructure so there’s one main intriguing piece of content (TBD, perhaps latest blog post) as ⅔ of the horizontal width of the homepage, then add a ⅓ width box for obtaining contact info in exchange for a free ebook (graphics & ebook focus TBD) - see http://michaelhyatt.com/ and http://www.traciefountain.com/
• [ ] Add search bar
