Add Windows port of the preview script and more #27

Summary of Changes:

ported the preview maker script to Windows
added support for themes in GNU/Linux and OS X
added a script to build and package PastaCFW (bash atm, but to be ported to Windows as well)
added a script to convert BIN graphics to PNG (this will allow theme creators to start working on their themes quickly, without needing the source code, with no quality loss; to be ported to Windows)

These changes will help theme creators, *NIX users and PastaCFW developers. Please remove anything you do not want to merge.
