Clarify differences. #2

Can we list the differences?

@briandipalma we are using:

(I might have missed something, but that's the gist).

The naming convention we are using is described in the relevant parts of the styleguide.

I am hesitant to put the these differences in the actual styleguide. It could go into a footnotes/reference/meta file for people who are interested in the theory, but it would be a distraction for people who are only interested in implementing our methodology.
