Achieve first interconnect solve w/ Simbeor. #61

This is the first step toward completion of the 3rd-party channel solving milestone. To close this issue, I must complete the solving of a simple microstrip cross-section, using the Simbeor solver, and see reasonable results throughout the rest of PyBERT's calculations.
