Allow other AMI models as testing references. #2

Currently, the only reference allowed in the example tests (i.e. - example/tests/*.em files) is a waveform file. It would be nice to allow other AMI models to be used as references, during testing. Incorporate this ability into the existing *.em files, in example/tests/.
