NEI Spams Log when Tooltip is Null #9

NEI spams log with NPE when multiple mods listen in to Tooltip event and the event is null.

Edit: Voxels will cancel event when tooltip is null. How a tooltip event could be fired with a value of null, I have no idea, but can fix it this way.

This is fixed in dev. Seems to happen when Botania is installed.
