A few ideas on using the spatialized audio interface for different kinds of apps than the current 2D RPG map.

No map, but still direct manipulation of position for spatialization.
No map, but automatically orient users, with "breakout group" feature to separate out subgroups.
3D voxel interface, using same data as 2D maps.
3D VR interface.
