Makefile: Use non-local prefix per default #118

This allows the ebuild for Gentoo use they default implementations of the src_install() function.

/usr/local is the default here because that's the default for upstream capnproto-c++. (Or it least it was last time I tried installing it.)

That's fair and also actually what the GNU coding standards say the default value should be.
