Hi @vaci I'm curious why this RPC work was abandoned. Did you ever get further with it?

The work wasn't abandoned - the repository vaci/capnproto-java-rpc contains a working implementation, kept reasonably up to date with any patches to the capnproto/capnproto-java base repository.

The major missing feature is support for generics in the code generator.
