Correct weight value param name from 'Weight' to 'Value', Add report classes for Fba Payment Reimbursements #40

OK, I've merged what I can from this PR into https://github.com/caponica/AmazonMwsComplete/commit/8cf3569482053ce78cbbc0dc4316acc7272d8184.

I have not made the changes to the underlying Amazon library (even though I think they are good... it just makes updating the libraries a lot more complicated if changes are made in all the files).

Also, I have not made changes to the header format for ReportFbaInventoryAdjustments. I ran a test and got the same headers as currently in the class. If it's different in different countries then we'll have to do something like ReportListingActiveListingsFR -> ReportListingActiveListings.
