Update sample metadata #40

Removed "#" from headers of all sample metadata, source taxonomy, and expected taxonomy files.

Removed requirement for leading "#" in file headers in check_data_integrity.py

However, integrity checks still fail for the above files, probably because integrity checks are not yet merged?
