corrected precision for expected files (except for silva expected taxonomy for mock 1-8). Added unite readme. added source taxonomy directories/files. added mock-11 (18S mock community).

Thanks @nbokulich! @gregcaporaso and I pulled down your changes and made some modifications to get the tests passing. We renamed some files to match the expected filenames, removed db-specific README files, removed the temp files ending in ~, and converted a few source taxonomy files from percentages to proportions.

Closing in favor of #9.
