Some of the Clostridium species have had their names changed since these mock communities were made, and since greengenes was built — hence it is at times difficult to determine the true "expected taxonomy" on old names. I fixed a number of these, particularly "Lachnospiraceae;gClostridium;s", which does not exist in greengenes but must have been manually annotated.
