Make sourcetracker2 gibbs work as a command #159

This at least makes sourcetracker2 gibbs show up as a command, but I don't have any data to test it with to make sure it actually runs properly.

Tested it out and it seems to work! Its been running for about 20 minutes. I will report back once it finishes running .

Hi @andy6a, @Oddant1, a software engineer in the cap lab, took a look at this issue with me and was able to solve it. I have reviewed and tested this, but I would like for you to review as well. We believe that when we upgraded to python 3.8, click was updated and that broke our implementation of gibbs.
