add Jensen-Shannon calculator for sources #56

Users will want to know the Jensen-Shannon divergence of their sources. The manuscript will allow users to relate the JSD between the sources and the accuracy/precision of the mixing proportions they get back. This is not a novel idea, based on the work in Dan's original paper.
