Multiple issues here:

[ ] The urn example needs to be transposed.
[ ] A better description of the algorithm (this can happen in an ipynb, the current one is not good enough).
[ ] A discussion of runtimes and including how burnins/restarts etc work so people understand what parameters control the overall runtime.

Minor details, but under the Output section, Command Line subsection, "proportions" is misspelled in mixing_proporitions.txt and mixing_proporitions_stds.

And in the help file, there are two typos: withdarawal and distribtion in the explanation for burnin.
