Thanks for your report.
When you go to the edit files page, do you see the real size of the file, or
does it show 0 there too?

No, there is the actual size of 2GB. Also the file is there on the filesystem
with size of 2GB. So, probably just the download part has an issue. Maybe wrong
path?

That's weird, the path is exactly the same :/

Hi, tested it with Firefox and Chrome to see if something HTTP headers isn't
involved. It's not. I also tested with two different themes - same behavior. I
attach a screenshot. You can see how ProjectSend sees the file with 2GB size,
but the browser sees it as 0 bytes.

Is there any way you could give me access to the ftp for that folder? If you
can, send the data to info@subwaydesign.com.ar. I'd like to debug that error, I
wasn't able to reproduce it.

I am having the same, or similar issue.
I have multiple installations. One is new and one is an upgrade from an older
cFTP installation. The new installation downloads a 160mb file as 0 bytes, but
will download a smaller 26mb file with no issues. The upgraded installation
works fine with the larger file size.
If this is the same issue, maybe the info that my upgraded install works with
larger downloads will help with a resolution.
Tested on Centos 6 and RH 5.9.

It seems that PHP has trouble reading file sizes of files over 2gb.
But I have found a solution for this and the next release will include it.
It will be ready by friday. Thanks for your support!!

I'm recently having this problem, as well. On a brand new installation of r405,
all uploaded files show "File Size: Byte" (with no numbers), and any download
of large files results in a zero byte file. Smaller files (2MB or so) download
just fine. If I FTP directly to the /uploads/files/ folder, all uploaded files
are there and the correct size is reported by my FTP app.

Same problem here (r405)
To be sure all my files and folders are chmod 777.
I host my website on a synology nas. I just try on wamp and no problem.

Firefox 20.0, Chrome 26.0.1410.65 and IE 10.0.9200.16537 on PC running Windows 7
Files uploaded using ProjectSend and FTP listed as 'Byte' - no size indicated.
Previews not displaying.
Log in as client:

When downloaded through ProjectSend - 0 byte files and won't open. When
downloaded by FTP they are okay.
Log in as System Administrator, Files > Manage Files - files listed as 'Byte' -

downloaded as 0 byte files and won't open.
No files are larger than 1MB. Same results as above when uploaded using FTP.
Using FTP changed file permission of 1 file to 755 - no success

In addition to my comments above file sizes, image previews and downloads all
work correctly when testing ProjectSend installed on MAMP offline.

I am having similar problems to those detailed here, the file goes well, shows

do, it worked well for a long time and now suddenly this happens, need some
help, thanks in advance. Excuse the language, I use a translator.
