Can't get past installer. #532

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install
2. Try to Login

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to see a logon page, instead, the installer loops. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r561. Linux. 

Please provide any additional information below.

After completing the install and clicking login, it goes back to the installer.

Have you changed table prefix, maybe? There's bug probably and/or hardcoded 
default table prefix somewhere besides config file. I've experienced the same 
issue and it was resolved by leaving default table prefix "tbl_".
