[calendar] Invitations Support

This idea is mainly from Thunderbird Lightning plugin.

1. Users should be able to invite attendees.
2. Users should be able to do free/busy lookup of other users.
3. Users should be able to respond to invitations (accept, reject, etc.)

This might not be a priority for now, but can be listed in the roadmap.

This is on the roadmap. Next milestone is to replace the buggy ical parser 
backend. After that I'll come back to this.

Hi Rosali

I started to see this feature, but how i don't know the API of RC, i haven't 
idea of how insert a field in a new tab for invitation.

I did a mockup of what i wish to do. I already found how open a new tab, but 
can't insert an "invitation" in this tab. My idea is use the same field "To:" 
in compose new email, where can find in LDAP or addressbook, with 
autocompletation.

And, when get out of this field, a javascript process a query of busy/free time 
from calendar (when have support for this in the iCal server) or give other 
symbol (like a "~") when haven't reply/timeout.

Any news about implement Attendees actions/display?
Calendar is kind a useless if you can schedule meeting or anything with 
co-workers.

Have calendar_plus installed. Works good but really missing Invites thru Caldav.

I'm also waiting for this feature, how long could it take to be available and 
working like the outlook one. With this feautre we would never need to use 
outlook anymore.
