What: a common concern last time we asked for ROM digitization help was that it wasn't trivial to setup rompar on Windows.There is an experimental Windows installer that needs testing and at a minimum instructions

Installer provided upon request, but it will hopefully be published soon
Additionally it would be desirable to eliminate command line entirely. To make this happen though we'd need to move at least some of the project management functionality to the GUI, such as being able to create a new project
