Ulraf dropped a maybe on a Tweet of this possibly being a thing when Archaeology arrives to MC

I have several ideas for this, like adding Excavation Endstone and reusing scrapped chisel item to excavate it, but this suggestion will likely to sit untouched for some time, because I think it's better to focus on other things for now.
