this issue is to add a wiki page documenting how to edit the website and add posts per issue https://github.com/capstone-coal/capstone-coal.github.io/issues/10.

i'm closing this issue because instructions have been added to the ~wiki~ website readme in issue https://github.com/capstone-coal/capstone-coal.github.io/issues/22. reopen if it is desired to edit the wiki page. note that there is already a wiki page on Website Resources which links to a lot of documentation.
