add poster #17

this issue is to add the poster (currently in draft stage) to the website as requested by @lewismc . this would be a good candidate for a blog post which we can update as the poster is finalized. this shouldn't take too long so assigning to myself.

that issue is done, but this one is still blocked until the underlying branding issue can be clarified.

a second draft of the poster will be submitted for class on 2017-04-17, after which this issue will be unblocked. this version will omit JPL branding and make various changes and updates. the final version of the poster, requiring approval from @lewismc and kevin, is due 2017-05-01.

the second draft of the poster has been submitted, however i recommend we wait for the final draft to put it on the website.
