Add Final Report Blog Post #29

This issue is to write a blog post about the final report submission. Unrelated: Fix repetitive redundancy on the docs page.

I can take care of this after finals are over. This might be seen as a duplicate of Issue https://github.com/capstone-coal/capstone-coal.github.io/issues/28.

The main blocker here has been determining whether the latest packaged release of QGIS links to the correct version of GDAL. Since I have determined that it does not, I will document the GIS Bundle / Final Report using my custom build of QGIS. This blog post will be relatively brief as we are considering creating a full-fledged case study page not to mention the research paper. The goal is to document our results in a way that is accessible to the general public.

Drafting of this blog post is now in progress. It'll take a little longer than 5-10 minutes though!

Cross reference to GIS Bundle issue: https://github.com/capstone-coal/pycoal/issues/93 . This file is smaller and slightly more accessible than the full report.

@lewismc I am happy to report that I have finally posted the final report post. I also made a few minor typographical changes. I pushed it live, but here is the diff.
