Update contributors

This pull partially addresses https://github.com/capstone-coal/pycoal/issues/135 to update the copyright and contributors on the COAL website.

Changes include modifying the wording on the homepage, editing the footer copyright, and updating the list of contributors. I followed the lead of jQuery UI in listing past and present contributors all in one place since keeping track of everyone's affiliations after graduation would be too confusing.

I have made my best effort to fairly attribute everyone, update or remove contact info, and avoid typos, but I request a thorough code review to make sure everyone is happy before merging this.
