branches "v3", "master" & "next" #1224

we are now maintaining version 3.0.x in https://github.com/aquynh/capstone/tree/v3 branch.

the "master" branch will be released as version 4.0.

next version, either 4.1 or 5.0, is maintained in the "next" branch at https://github.com/aquynh/capstone/tree/next.
