Upload fails when using characters such ñ, á,é, etc.,.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a document with a strange char in the name: e.g. España_es_genial
2. run the program
3. The program will output "Espa?a_es_genial.docx  - Skipped: Could not
convert document."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: all works smoth...
actual response: "Espa?a_es_genial.docx  - Skipped: Could not convert
document."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Update 1:
Seems that the accents work fine, it's only an issue with two specific 
characters:
"ñ" and "ç"

I tested the upload of files with the characters "ñ" and "ç" and it works 
now. Please
try the new version of the program.
