NPY files created during training don't reflect the logs #23

Example: "random_eval-galaxy-zoo-EXP-20191112-111512" was run for 2 epochs according to the logs but has 10 epochs recorded in the npy files. The remaining epochs are filled with 0 values. I think the npy files should reflect the true number of epochs in order not to be misleading.
