This PR aims to finalize the SSS & SGX helpers before Secret NFT go to production.

134 : First suggestion of "no keyring flow" 💡

143 : WIP - need to check once the TEE pallet is deployed - I am not super convinced of the Error management on enclaves/payloads length checking 🤔
