RCSJTA contains the standardization of the RCS API leaded by GSMA, Orange Labs
is in charge of a first reference implementation based on the
Android-rcs-ims-stack implementtaion. RCSJTA is again under implementaion, the
API definition has been agreed and reviewed mainly by Samsung and Qualcomm.

Would I be right by saying that Android-RCS-IMS-stack provide more features,
but at the same time more experimental than RCSJTA?
At the same time RCSJTA source is more conservative, but placed under higher
scrutiny (from GSMA, Samsung and Qualcomm)?
I am still not getting this. For example, you are the owner of both projects.
Does that mean you are implementing some features in the Android-RCS-IMS-stack
first and then pushing them to the RCSJTA?
Could it happen that in the future one of the projects would be abandoned and
all development efforts would be dedicated to only one? Or their development
would continue to go on in parallel?

RCSJTA is only focused on RCS API standardization for Albatros scope. A second
step will be to add Blackbird features in the API definition and a last step
will be to keep only one open source project with a full standardized RCS API.
RCSJTA is the draft version today (working version).
Android-RCS-IMS-stack is the official open source project for us.
