NOTIFY not displayed on group chat #198

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a group chat between 3 users

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The NOTIFY is not always displayed on devices.
In logcat traces, the NOTIFY request is present in logs, but not displayed on 
device interface.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.14

Please provide any additional information below.
In attachment, logs files + sip traces (NOTIFY on 177 paquet).

Historical system events (like IMDN or notifications) are not retrieved by the 
RI to populate the chat view upon (re)initialisation of the GC.  
System events are only displayed by the RI if received while the session is 
active.
In case of restart or rejoint, you only retrieve the incoming or outgoing chat 
messages stored in database.
