sip rings on loud speaker with plugged in headset

i am using sipdroid 1.5.7 and a htc wildfire (not rooted)

with plugged in headset (listening to music) an incoming call firstly coincided 
with the music so i did hear both, then when trying to answer rings on load 
speker (interstingly with an old ringtone that is no longer setup). 

after that i even had my music (Mortplayer 0.8.4) on loudspeaker - headset 
still plugged in.

phone didnt react on much. after caller hung up (i couldnt answer) music 
continued on headset.

any idea? 
i would also like to know if there's a solution to the "old ringtone" issue.

I experience that same issue on a Samsung Galaxy S.
The stock music player gets paused correctly. Any other player will continue 
playing through the loud speaker (tried PlayerPro, PowerAmp, Mixzing, MIUI 
Music).

Please note this is related to Bug #180 which has been closed as won't fix
