Planets with devastation anomalies can be mined by ships to gather a lot of scrap in a short amount of time, but this shrinks the anomaly (Eventually removing it)

Interesting idea. Few questions: 1) Which are the "devastation" anomalies? Are these the DLC2 specific ones? 2) Is "mined by ships" actually possible? 3) Can this be used to mine and therefore remove anomalies on planets held by other players? If so, can they do anything about it?
