Investigate use of jekyll/paginationV2 for KB tags and categories pagination

After some deep inspection in paginate v2 code and behavior, it seems to be what we need for kb.

Pros :

• this does tags and categories indexes creation and pagination out of the box

Cons :

• edit: this is managed by a plugin that removes index.html generated page urls have "index.html" appended. They have hard coded it here and here. An issue is open on this topic, I will certainly contribute on this.
• it is resources consuming when generating posts, categories and tags index and pagination.

I still have some questions/work before I close this issue.

• Will we use tag cloud ? This can be a huge cloud.
• I we use this plugin, I don't need to use mine for kb categories page generation. I will need to refactor menu bar for KB.

Many of the tags were for Related Articles. They are not something that would normally be a search term. I was trying to trigger the related articles with not much real content.

I may need a more tightly defined set of rules for tags. I am not confident I understand how the related articles plugin or the Algolia Search works. Once I do, it should be easier to have better tags.

Yes, using the current Tag strategy (or lack of one) will generate a large cloud with a very long tail. To make a usable Tag Cloud, I need to restrict the Tags.

I will trust your ideas on how to implement. I just need direction on how to best use the features.

Let's do without tags for now. Search might do a better work.
