Added missing documentation.

Some issues:

  1. Gulag role is not correct (is role, not user)

@delaynieym has also just made a new pr that moves all the config stuff to one file so the readme should be updated to reflect that.

@captainrex493 should probably merge my branch first then and have @sambhavsaggi pull then update
