Turbo Button #30

Hello. Tsugaru is a very good emulator. Keep up the great work. If I may suggest, could you add a Turbo function for gamepads and keyboards? Some games like Rayxanber require the player to be constantly pressing the assigned button in order to fire. Having a function that permits the player to hold down the fire button rather than press it repeatedly would be great.

Actually, that's one of the features I've been thinking to add but postponing. This time I've done it. I haven't made a new release yet, but if you can compile, the latest source allows you to turn on/off auto shot from Device->Auto Shot in GUI.
