Thank you for testing! At this time I have only one Windows 11 PC and have limited test environment. Windows 11 may be assigning different number to your game controller. Have you tried Host Game Controller 1 or 2? If not, can you try and see if it works?

So yeah, I worked my way through each of the Controller numbers for both Analog and non-Analog, none of those reacted to my any of my button presses.
Same with Xbox 360 Controller on Windows 7 64 bit here on Tsugaru (2022/09/24)
Only Workaround I find is to map button with "AntiMicro" software
Since each game has it's own keyboard mapping, it's a bit long...
Selecting Game Port 0 to be Game Pad by Host Game Controller 0, or Game Pad by Host Game Controller (Analog) 0 does not work with connected controller, no commands go through the the game despite the controller working and showing up in USB Game Controller menu in Windows 11. Changing Game Port 0 to Game Pad by Host Keyboard, commands do work.
