Hi I am new to UE5 and want to create a pokemon-like game with(UE5 + CPP). Do you have any recommended learning materials for me to start with?

There aren't specifically Pokemon like tutorials that I'm aware of, however, I would recommend this playlist for getting you started with 2D in Unreal Engine, if you're looking to do a sprite-based 2D top-down RPG like Pokemon.
