Might be good to either specify a fallback, or disable custom cursors in that browser. Makes it tough to use. Quickly noticeable in the "Green Dimension" skin

Looks like in Chrome the .ani cursors don't display either, but they fall back to the default windows cursor.

I think my preference for a fallback would be for broken cursors to revert to Normal.cur if it's present, but reverting to the default winamp classic cursor set would also make sense.
