There's some older PDFs under the JaiGyan project on the Internet Archive.

I would be interested in knowing if you ever manage to get in touch with the JaiGyan folks and if they have any requirements/procedures for submitting data. I would like to do this for other states. I am a bit ignorant on the Internet Archive procedures.

Nopes. I did notice that the JaiGyan PDFs were OCRd and availabled in a overlay variant as well, so I've refrained from uploading my additions so far.
